(KFCPCL), under the Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS), has released a new recruitment notification for the year 2025. This drive aims to fill 15 contractual positions for Farmer-Producer Organizations (FPOs) in the Kalahandi district.

📋 Kalahandi FPO Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details

Note: A performance-based incentive may also be provided as per the decision of the Governing Body.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Qualification: MBA/Master’s Degree or PG Diploma in Marketing Management, Rural Management, Development Management, or related fields. A graduation degree in Agriculture, Agri-business Management, or BBA is also acceptable.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in handling commodities (both market and production side).

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

• Mandatory: Must possess a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid Driving Licence.

2. Accountant-cum-MIS In-charge

• Qualification: 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and a 1-year computer course with proficiency in the latest Tally software. A graduation degree in Commerce, Social Entrepreneurship, or related fields will be preferred.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as an accountant, with hands-on knowledge of accounting software.

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Place of Posting

Selected candidates will be posted at FPO offices located in various blocks of Kalahandi district, including Narla, Bhavanipatna, Golanunda, M. Rampur, and Th. Rampur, Lanjigarh, and Koksara.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on:

1. Shortlisting according to academic qualifications, career marks, experience, and skills.

2. A personal interview.

3. A written test may be conducted if a large number of candidates are shortlisted.

The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
